To prepare, ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space for the massage. You’ll need enough room for a massage table and for the therapist to move around it. We recommend having a towel and wearing comfortable clothing. Our therapists will bring all necessary equipment.

We have a 90 minute cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 90 minutes in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy ensures our therapists can effectively manage their schedules.
