Relaxation Massage
Our most popular massage is our relaxation treatment. Of all the benefits massage has to offer, floating off into bliss and being in a state of total relaxation is perhaps the most appealing of all. Our relaxation massage can also increase oxygen flow and help to release toxins from your muscles. This is an oil based full body massage, using gentle strokes from head to toe, leaving you feeling both invigorated and relaxed. Each therapist applies their own unique, individual touch to this massage and your therapist will of course be happy to tailor your treatment to suit your own tastes and preferences.
Deep Tissue Massage
This highly popular deeper massage uses techniques applied to all muscle groups to help ease intense pain as well as knead out any knots that may be causing you discomfort. The aim of this massage is also primarily relaxation, however firmer pressure is applied. You will feel calm and rejuvenated after our excellent deep tissue massage! This massage focuses on different layers of your muscle and tendon tissue and helps to loosen you up and relieve any strain you may be feeling caused by knots and pulls in your muscles.

Reflexology
In a reflexology treatment session, pressure is applied to certain sections of feet, hands or other areas. As a result of the body’s natural reflex zones, the correlating body system or organs benefit from the pressure.
Lomi
Focusing on long, seamless strokes that glide from one part of the body to another, Lomi Lomi massage can soothe the mind while easing tension in the muscles. These rhythmic, repetitive movements allow you to fully relax during the session.
Ayurvedic
Ayurvedic massage is a customized treatment incorporating essential oils, typically herbal-infused, with time- honoured and non-traditional strokes and kneading that suit each individual’s needs. Movement flow can be quick or drawn out, depending upon your preference.
Thai
Instead of the relaxing gliding and kneading motions characteristic of more popular forms of massage, Thai massage employs stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension and enhance flexibility and range of motion. It is sometimes called the “lazy person’s yoga.”
Lymphatic drainage
A descendant of Swedish massage. The strokes applied are intended to stimulate the movement of the lymphatic fluids in order to assist the body in cleansing. This is a very specific technique which requires advanced training and precise movements.
Sports massage
